Jimmy Choo EXOTIC | limited edition

Do you know this feeling when you smell a perfume and instantly say : this is my scent! So this story is exactly about it.
The story began couple of month ago, when I was walking through shopping center, had some free time and turned in beauty store (love to do it now and then). And there it was - pretty little fuchsia-pink bottle with devine smelling liquid inside. I am not so keen on miscellaneous fragrances - it is quite hard for me to find a scent that I really love. Usually it happens accidently, rarely when I go out on purpose to find myself a new perfume.
So I was craving it badly, so badly that I just had to get back and buy it! I prefer to buy perfumes in dutyfree shops, but this time just couldn't wait that long :)

Jimmy Choo EXOTIC limited edition
The box itself is gorgeous - looks like python skin. Bottle is very cute shaped and color is absolutely eye-catching!
It is a sweet fruity fragrance with a bit of bite in the end, that is created by patchouli base - signature scent of Jimmy Choo perfumes. Top notes of blackcurratnt makes my mouth instantly water! I also love classic Jimmy Choo perfume, but for me it was always "not enough", something in it was missing. Here however all is so nicely ballanced - the sweetness, freshness and a bit of astringency.

Jimmy Choo EXOTIC eau de toilette 60 ml
Top notes - blackcurrant sorbet, pink grapefruit.
Heart notes - tiger orchid, passion flower.
Base notes - patchouli, tart raspsberry.

It is definitely a summer scent, but I wear it also now - love it, love it, absolutely LOVE IT!

Nivea Lip Butter | Caramel Cream

Nivea Lip Butter Caramel Cream

With a colder time of the year our lips need more protection, cause they get chipped and dry. I generally have very dry lips, so I am anytime opened to trying new lip products. Even though I am not a lipstick type of person, I am a huge lip balm junky :) Yes I am!
Recently I discovered nivea lip butter in caramel cream flavor - and I fell in love with it. This is a quite hard consistency balm in a small very slim tin. Very light and takes almost no place in your bag. The balm itself is transparent, has no taste, but smells heavenly delicios!!! I am not lying! I have to hold myself from eating it :))))

Quite hard consistency & transparent  Lip Balm

In this little tin is quite a big amount of product - 16,7 g (usual Nivea chapstick contains 4,8 g), so I think it will last me for much longer time. They promise long-lasting hydratation and it is true. Lips stay moisturized and very soft. It contains shea butter and almond oil. The only disatvantage - you have to use it with a finger and it is not always hygienic. But here I also have a solution :) Usually during the daytime, when I have no possibility to wash or disinfect my hands, I just open the tin, and dip my lips in it.
I am very satesfied with this product and glad that it finally got to my country!

| Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel with Marula oil |

One of my favorite face treatment brands is Clarins. As more I try new products, as more I get excited about how wonderful this brand suits my skin type. And not only my skin type, I know few people, who have different skin types than me, but still are in love with Clarins. My all time favorite is Hydra Quench Cream that is suited for normal to dry, dehidrated skin, but about it will tell you another time.
Recently I tried a cleansing gel from Clarins and absolutely fell in love with it. It was love at first use. It not only takes off all the make-up, it also cleans away all impurities. Even after first use it already took away a lot of blackheads from my face, leaving skin soft as a babies butt. :) Marula oil is that extra nice ingredient which soothes and nourishes skin. Here I need to add, that I don't have huge problems with blackheads on my face, but still they were irritating me, cause I couldn't find a way how to get rid of them.
This product comes in typical white Clarins packaging, that contains a nice orange tube usually 100 ml big, but I was very glad to get it in airport as special edition - 125 ml tube.
Lucky purchase - 125 ml tube :)

It suits all skin types. Comes as a nice consistency gel, which should be applied on a face and massaged untill it turns into an oil. Yes! Oil! And don't be scared, this won't make your skin oily, not at all, becasue as soon as you rinse it off with water, it immediately turnes into milky consistency liquid and goes completely away, leaving your skin soft as silk velvet and extra cleansed. Highly recommend it! Now I have one more love in my life :) Haven't tried it with waterproof make-up, but on Clarins website they promise that it melts away every last trace of excess oil and impurities - including the haviest make - up. And I believe them, cause mostly all my blackheads were gone just after one use. Can't say about other poeple, but for my skin it works fantastic!

My love for nail laquers | autumn must-have nail polish!

I have quite a few nail polishes :) Yeah,I am a nail polish junky! My obsession started last autumn, when I decided that making shellac and gelish manicure is too boaring for me, I wanted to try something more colorful, that I could change more often, so I went to buy me some nailpolishes. Remember this day like yesterday, I bought me 3 O.P.I. nail laquers and was quite happy about it :) Now my collection has about 50 lil colorful friends. And I still welcome "new lil friends" to join me! :)
A nail polish can change my day. Seriously! If I have a bad mood - this is a very nice cure for me. Couple of weeks ago we were wondering in shopping center and my "someone special" got me this lil friend, that joined my big happy family of nail laquers. It was Essie shade 201A Bobbing for baubles. Even though it is not a new collection item, I immediately fell in love with it, when I saw it. This is such a gorgeous deepest, darkest sapphire color. Imagine ideal collaboration of black and blue! Imagined? So here it is: Essie Bobbing for baubles. I love it! It looks amazing on nails. Sometimes it looks black, sometimes deep blue, but always gives ur nails gorgeous look! Highly recommend it, if you still don't have it! Go get it,put nice 2 coats of it on top of a base, cover with some top-coat and you are good to go! So excited! I love it! Enjoy! :)

  • T62 what wizardry is this (bronzy-goldy-black)
For now just tried out gorgeous blue color M46 get your number! And I am absolutely loving it! It gives such a nice subtle shimmer and hilarious "sandy" finish! Looks like you have colored sand sticked to your nails. I know - sounds grose, but looks amazing...and should last long (I hope). I have another nailpolish (Kiko Sugar Mat), which I bought in Germany, with this finish and actually it stays on my nails pretty long. So we will see :)

The Birth | Happiness

Today I attended twin birth/ It was the most awesome experience in my life (till now)! I was really scared and stressed about my ability to participate, but I surprised myself - actually I got really excited and even helped doctors and nurses a bit. To see babies birth and to hold it after - was amazing! But when you see  mother, who just gave birth to a child, how happy she is, how crazy happy she is! And nice, kind, thankful! Then you understand, that all bad things just dissapear, because when a person is happy,he shares and spreads his happiness! And all bad sides of character appear when people are very unhappy. So easiest way  to live is to be happy all the time, isn't it? ;)

Tanning | Solarium & Tips

swedish beauty BOTANICA cream
It is known  that sunbathing can cause skin cancer. It is known that sunbathing makes your skin age faster. All this is known so well, but anyways there are tons of girl and boys, who love sunbathing and goes tanning to the solarium on daily basis. So here are some tips for all solarium lovers to make tanning a little bit "healthier" :) I am not a specialist and these are not must-to-do tips, just I share my experience, based on my mistakes and some research I did. I am not sponsored and bought cream myself. Hope you enjoy :) So lets start!

First of all, don't go sunbathing, if you have any inflammation processes in your body, if you are ill, if you take any kind of medicine or you have any systemic diseases, oncological disease, if you are pregnant or you have any specific genetic disease that doesn't permit sunbathing - first go and consult with your doctor.

And now actual tips:
  1. Always choose well known solarium studios, make a research. Tanning is not so healthy for your skin,so you want to make it at least not so damaging. And you don't want get yellowish tan, right? So - make a research, pay a bit more, but get quality!
  2. When you go to solarium first time, go for less time, i.e. 6 min. You will think that this won't give you any result, but, believe me, you don't want to burn your skin.
  3. Always, ALWAYS!!! use cream. And not just any cream, but a special tanning cream. It is very important, cause it moistens your skin and helps to get a nice glowy tan much faster. I recommend to use tanning creams with bronzer, natural melanin and color enhancers. Why? Because, ladies and gentlemen, it is a secret of nice glowy tan :))) It decreases amount of time, which you need to spend in solarium, so it also decreases chances to get bad consequences. It makes sense! Also it is important to buy good quality cream, yes, it will cost a bit more, but I remind you - you don't want to get yellowy-orange and old looking, so take care on your skin!
I have used many different brand creams, most of all I liked Australian Gold and Swedish Beauty. The one, which I am using currently and really liking is by Swedish Beauty BOTANICA line "Kiwi be friends". It has advanced DHA Bronzer, natural color enhancers and other nice stuff inside.
  4. And here comes the next point: DON'T USE in solarium tanning creams with SPF in it. Because you will prevent a tan. So you will just waist money and get no result. Once again, use special creams for solarium.
  5. Don't go to solarium for more than 9-10 minutes. It gives no sense to do it. That is why you should use special tanning creams with bronzers to decrease amount of time spent in solarium. 9-10 minutes is optimal time and there is no need for more.
  6. Also about tanning schedule - best would be to go to solarium once every 2 weeks (best would be not to go to solarium, but you know what I mean ;)). Or at least not more than once per week.
  7. Give your skin a "vacation" from solarium. Make breaks in tanning for couple of months or more. This will help your skin to recover.
  8. This tip will be for people, who need to get tan very fast for a special occasion or a beach vacation, or whatever:) First of all, maybe you should try fake tan - it gives immediate result and is not so harmful for your skin. But if you still want to get a real tan, then here is my advice: Get a tanning cream with a bronzer. First time go to solarium for 6 minutes, then every other day for 9 minutes. 3-4 tanning sessions should be enough. But never go to solarium every day and for a longer tanning session - you will only burn your skin, it is very bad and painful.
  9. Go to the shower before sunbathing. You can do it at home or in a tanning studio, but apply cream on washed skin. Don't recommend to exfoliate it right before tanning, cause it will irritate skin and can cause sunburn, you can exfoliate it in the evening of the day before tanning.
And don't take a full shower/bath in the evening after tanning, cause you want your cream to work properly and make it's job, so that tan stays for longer time. I don't say - stay dirty :) No! Just don't wash yourself with a luffa and don't take a bath, that's all :).
  10. If your skin gets burned, use special treatment creams immediately. As faster you treat it, as better will be the result. Be careful and if needed, see a doctor.
Take care on your skin. Watch for any new spots and any pigmentation appearing on your skin. Also depigmentation. And if needed, consult with dermatologist.
